PRESSING
Our treatment is characterized by hot-pressing , through millwork of material and epoxy resins, then subjected to an airtight process (under vacuum pressure).
PAINTING
Made with instruments, that allow a great finishing of the hull thanks to a hot furnace.
SOLDERING
The soldering process is made in our boatyards from skilled technicians and it is conducted with an accurate study, aimed to improve the semi-finished product’s performances and the constant process of matriculation. Thanks to this process we are able to store the measures of every rigger fixed on the boat, and we are also able to repeat riggers, that are old and/or damaged.
MATERIALS
Salani’s boatyard is very selective. We like to choose our raw materials providers, paying particular attention. In addition, our company policy is based on internal production, 100% MADE IN ITALY, that is what made us to be considered a very high quality producer in the world of rowing.
